Wholesale Challenge

program. Please review the following policies carefully. By participating in our program, you agree to these terms.

1. Refund Policy

We provide refunds under the following conditions:

Refunds are available only if participants do not generate at least $2,000 in profit within 12 months of completing the program. To qualify, participants must actively engage in the program, utilize the provided resources, and demonstrate reasonable efforts to achieve success. Refund requests can only be submitted after 12 months of completing the program and must include documentation of engagement with the program. Participants who exceed $2,000 in profit during the 12-month period are not eligible for a refund.

Refunds apply exclusively to the initial program fee and are not available for other costs or expenses incurred during participation.

2. Shipping Policy

The

Wholesale Challenge

does not involve the physical shipment of goods from J&C Consultations LLC.

Participants will receive access to digital resources, training materials, and inventory spreadsheets via email or our online platform. If any physical materials are included as part of the program, shipping details will be communicated at the time of purchase, including estimated delivery times, carriers, and tracking information. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping providers or circumstances beyond our control.

3. Return Policy

Since the

Wholesale Challenge

primarily involves digital and consultation services, there are no physical products eligible for return. However:

If physical materials are provided and they arrive damaged or defective, participants must notify us within 7 days of receipt to arrange for a replacement.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are subject to the following terms:

Enrollment cancellations must be requested in writing at least 7 days prior to the program start date to receive a partial refund of 50%.Cancellations made within 7 days of the program start date are not eligible for refunds. Once the program has started, participants cannot cancel and are not eligible for refunds, except as outlined in the Refund Policy.

Welcome to J&C Consultations LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your participation in our Wholesale Challenge program ("Program") and your use of any associated resources, tools, or materials provided by J&C Consultations LLC.

By enrolling in the Wholesale Challenge, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not participate in the Program.

1. Program Overview

The Wholesale Challenge is a 3-month program designed to help participants learn and grow their wholesale business. This includes access to resources such as:

One-on-one consulting and guidance. Use of our partnered distribution network, including a spreadsheet of inventory from major brands with profit margins between 15% and 40%.Ongoing access to the distribution network after the program ends.

Participants are expected to actively engage with the Program to achieve the best results.

2. Payment Terms

The total fee for the Wholesale Challenge is $3000. Payments are non-refundable except as specified in the Refund Policy (Section 5).Full payment must be made before access to the Program resources and distribution network is granted.

3. Program Access and Intellectual Property

J&C Consultations LLC grants participants a limited, non-transferable, and revocable license to access the Program materials and resources solely for personal business use. All intellectual property related to the Program, including training materials, tools, and proprietary distribution lists, is owned by J&C Consultations LLC. Participants may not reproduce, distribute, or use Program materials for purposes outside of the Wholesale Challenge without prior written consent. Unauthorized use may result in termination of access to the Program and/or legal action.

4. Participation Requirements

Participants must actively engage in the Program by attending scheduled sessions, using provided resources, and adhering to all guidelines. Participants are responsible for reviewing and sourcing products from the provided inventory spreadsheet.

5. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Our refund and cancellation policy is as follows:

Refunds are available only if the client does not generate at least $2,000 in profit within 12 months of completing the Program. Refunds apply exclusively to the initial fee paid for the Program. To qualify for a refund, the participant must demonstrate that they actively engaged in the Program and used the provided resources. Refund requests can only be made after 12 months of Program completion. Participants who exceed $2,000 in profit are not eligible for a refund, as profitability demonstrates the value and effectiveness of the Program.

Cancellation of enrollment must be requested in writing at least 7 days prior to the Program start date for a partial refund of 50%. No refunds are provided for cancellations within 7 days of the Program start date.

6. Limitation of Liability

J&C Consultations LLC provides the Wholesale Challenge on an "as-is" basis and does not guarantee specific results. We are not responsible for:

Delays or issues caused by external factors such as supplier changes or inventory availability. Financial losses, data loss, or any damages resulting from the use of Program resources. Any participant's violation of Section 3 (Program Access and Intellectual Property), including but not limited to unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or misuse of Program materials.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the participant for the Program.

7. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through written communication. If unresolved, disputes will be submitted to binding arbitration in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina.

10. Modifications to the Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website or through other means of communication.
